It's a sacred art + a learned skill, one I have practiced since 2009 when I first started teaching online, including things like:
- Creating intentional "morphic fields" that hold the energy for the people you gather and guide- so you don't have to hold it all.
- Designing your sessions, webinars, workshop applying "the art of sacred circle" - so there is structure and flow that enables you to let go, and work with what shows up in the space, and still stay focused on your objectives.
- Working with online technology and multiple kinds of learning to create an engaging, energizing experience.
- Creating intimacy and connection with people quickly and authentically.
- Setting up your personal circle of support - pre, during and post event - which is a must.
- Knowing how to use a one-time workshop, webinar or event to create momentum.
- Creating collaborations and connections to share your work and wisdom in ways that work for you.
