The Path of Self Love Training Summer Immersion Retreat
July 21-26th Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health
Watch this video message from Christine Arylo, founder of The Path of Self Love School who explains what this training is and who it's for.
Like a yoga teacher training for self-love, this is for everyone, for use personally and professionally, including therapists, educators, wellness and healthcare practitioners, coaches, yoga teachers, trainers and parents.
Note: this training counts for CEUs for some practioners
In this 5-day immersion you will learn powerful, practical, proven and fun ways to guide others (and yourself) to:
Stay true to themselves in the choices they make throughout their lives in all areas of their lives - career, relationship, education, everything.
Cultivate a strong inner foundation that includes all 10 components of self-love - so they feel WHOLE, confident, clear and know who they truly are.
Transform negative self-talk, worry, burnout, self-doubt, comparison, body hate, over-working, perfectionism and other self-sabotaging habits into self-compassion, self-empowerment, and self care.
Take care of themselves so they have the mental wellness, emotional strength, resilience, courage, and physical vitalty and energy they need - so they can give to others, their work and passions without sacrificing themselves.
Trust and empower themselves - so they make decisions that support, honor and are aligned for them, regardless of what others think or say.
Reveal and express their true selves, even if it looks different than other people - so they have the inner confidence to speak up, show up, be seen & make choices that align with who they are at their core
In this 5-day immersion you will learn powerful, practical, proven and fun ways to guide others (and yourself) to:
This 5-day immersion teaches you the methodology so you can embody it first for yourself and then guide others to do the same. You'll be able to use the practices, assessments, tools, creative processes, class/workshop ideas right away.
Some of the tools & processes you'll learn, which can be used from kids as young as 7 to adults include:
You may never use the words 'self love' in what you share or teach, but the energy will pack the power and depth of the work. One reason this work is so powerful is it's accessible, playful and practical. Like medicine for the heart, it heals, frees and empowers.
You will experience 3 simple, fun and poweful creative processes you can use in classrooms, workshops, retreats, circles, group programs, individual sessions and support for all ages including - the ME Print, Self Love Mantra Cards and the Heart & Soul Portal.
We'll use these to teach you the self love concepts and make them real for you now. The process will deepen your foundation of self-love!
And you'll have these three creations to take with you, which you will use when you return home to stay true to yourself, receive love when you struggle and step into the next expression of yourself in the world.

When you empower adults and children with a language, practices and processes that get deeper into the heart, and they learn to source their love, confidence and clarity from within...they gain the power to heal themselves...and lasting transformation happens.
You cannot always be with your clients, kids, students, friends, patients, but you can share the tools, awareness and language that empowers them to make supportive choices in which they stay true to themselves, no matter what.

Christine Arylo, MBA, is a transformational leadership advisor & teacher, three time best selling author who has dedicated her life work to personal, social and generational transformation and elevation. Arylo left a 15-year business career in 2006 when she realized how a lack of self-love - not self-esteem - was at the root of why so many people were suffering - in their relationships, careers and wellness. When no one could give her a path for how to cultivate a strong self-love, she decided to find and define it for herself and others.
With 15 years of wisdom-based training on conscious leadership, human potential, indigenous and feminine wisdom, and yogic science, Arylo is known as a powerful teacher who has a unique ability to translate deep wisdom into practical, accessible tools that empower people to lead their lives, businesses, organizations and relationships differently.
Her programs on burnout, self-sustainability, intuition, the inner critic, masculine/feminine power, resilience, self-love, courage and feminine leadership have reached over 35,000 students worldwide. She is the host of the popular Feminine Power Time Podcast.
Arylo is passionate about affecting multi-generational change and making the tools of personal development, self-awareness and self-empowerment accessible to all people – across gender, race, socio-economic backgrounds.
She founded a social-impact organization and school – The Path of Self Love – that trains people globally to work with adults and children to develop self-empowerment, self-worth and self-compassion. The school has trained facilitators on 6 continents. And for the past 12 years has trained people to host workshops and events on the International Self Love Day, Feb 13th, which Arylo founded in 2008 to bring more awareness to self-love.
The work is being used in traditional therapy and recovery, colleges, high and middle school, nutrition and wellness programs, prisons, and with coaches, teachers, social workers, healing, health and wellness and yoga practitioners.
Arylo is currently working on her fourth book: Overwhelmed and Over It! Why It's Not Your Fault and How to Find the Power to Change It. She lives on an island on the Puget Sound with her partner Noah and their four legged bundle of border collie, Sahaji.
Stacey Hoffer, is a transformational self-love coach, contributing author to two best-selling books, teacher of Raising Children to Love Themselves, and founding director at The Path of Self-Love School. Stacey has dedicated her life to helping women and children embody their authentic joy, trust their inner wisdom, speak their truth, and live in more alignment with their heart and soul.
After earning a master’s degree in leadership development & learning development, Stacey was a change management & training consultant for global Fortune 100 companies. The impersonal corporate change management model was not in alignment with her heart and soul, so she left her corporate career, earned her life coaching and self-love guide certifications, and began guiding women through deep, personal, transformational change.
Her passion for elevating human consciousness can be found in many of her current roles, including the founder of Self-Love Philly, founder of Soul Alignment Living, co-founder of Awaken Your Feminine Wisdom, and her most important role as Mom to two teenage boys.
Stacey is a strong advocate for parents and teachers to intentional model and teach self-love to children. She teaches simple foundational self-love tools to help all children create a strong inner foundation of courage, compassion, and self-awareness that empowers them to be healthy, resilient, and confident.

"The Path of Self Love technology helps to remind my clients that they have wisdom and truth inside of them."
I use this technology with my clients in so many ways. Sometimes I use it subtly by interjecting bits when they feel stuck during a session. Sometimes I use the technology as a stand alone to get into some deep work and we'll also get playful and complete a Love Mantra. It means so much to them to refocus their fears, anxiety and a sense that they cannot choose their own direction."
- Chanel Bayless, Ohio, Social Advocate and Advisor for mothers with special needs children
"The Path of Self Love technology is like discovering hidden puzzle pieces that I’ve been intellectually, spiritually and energetically searching for my entire life."
It fills in the empty spaces. It strengthens my tool box with prescriptions to serve and guide my clients through their own healing process in ways that feel deliciously fulfilling, exhilarating and life-affirming.
- Melanie Foote-Davis, Chicago, Women's Empowerment Coach & Child Advocate
"Taking the Path of Self Love Training has transformed me, my business, and my life."
This was the best investment ever!
- Aglaée Jacob, MS, RD, Integrated Nutrition Practitioner, Montreal Canada
“I was talking about and teaching self love but I wasn’t fully embodying loving myself until I found The Path of Self Love."
Now I have a methodology, language and practices for myself, my clients and for the work I do with kids in schools. I am a stronger coach, mother, friend and ME!
- Ta’lor, Pennsylvania Masters of Social Work, Self Love Coach
